Machining
Machining of technical parts
Precision machining for the production of technical parts and customised machining components
Founded in 1936, FELINO excels in high-quality machining, specialising in technical parts made from any metal alloy. With a combination of advanced technology, state-of-the-art equipment and a highly qualified team, we guarantee precision parts adapted to the needs of manufacturers of small and medium series capital goods.
Our machining sector has the capacity to work with a wide range of metals, including polymers, meeting the specifications of our customers in the national and European markets. To ensure that each machined part meets precision standards, we have a metrological laboratory specialising in dimensional control with the capacity to complement the inspections carried out at production sites and to check the precision of each part produced.

Complementary services of Machining and finishing FELINO
Integrated and customised technical solutions
We offer a comprehensive range of complementary services to ensure that the parts delivered meet the strictest technical specifications and industrial standards. We carry out advanced heat treatment processes, such as quenching, tempering, annealing and nitriding, with the aim of optimising the mechanical properties of the parts. Surface finishing solutions, which include procedures such as abrasive blasting, burnishing and anodising, are applied to improve not only the aesthetic component, but also the functional performance of parts and increase their resistance and durability.
Apart from these, FELINO provides sub-assembly assembly services to ensure flawless integration and compliance with our customers' technical specifications. Our commitment extends to the final stage, where each component and sub-assembly is subjected to performance tests before packaging.
