FELINO will be at the SIRHA LYON 2023 trade fair with 2 new products
SIRHA LYON, a world reference in the food service, hospitality and catering sector, which in 2023 will be celebrating 40 years since its first edition, will be the stage for FELINO | Bakery and Pastry Machines to showcase its product portfolio and present its new solutions for the market.
The five-day event, which starts on 19 January, was created in 1983 under the name "Salon des métriers de bouche" and every two years welcomes more than 4,000 exhibitors, hundreds of conferences and presentations from more than 30 countries, including SIRHA BAKE & PASTRY, a space where bakery and work on fermentation and dough are the main themes.
FELINO will be there with all the solutions you need to equip your bakery and patisserie and will be presenting two new pieces of equipment internationally for the first time, the PM60 and PM60e mixers.
These two new mixers have an electronic system for continuous speed variation, a raised base for easy cleaning, heavy-duty paint, and a robust construction that is unique on the market due to the cast iron structure made possible by the FELINO | Fundição e Construções Mecânicas foundry, which enables silent, vibration-free operation.
The new mixer will be presented in two versions, the base model with manual raising and lowering of the bowl and the PMe model, an ergonomic solution with an electronic bowl raising and lowering system, which makes it possible to change tools without removing the bowl. Both models are equipped with hooks, shovels and pine cones for the best recipes in your bakery or patisserie and have additional equipment such as wheels for handling, a trolley for transporting the vat and a reduced capacity vat and scraper.
